## Connection Issues

### My store won't connect. What should I check?

Make sure you're using the correct **myshopify.com** domain (not a custom domain) and the **Public Access Token** from the Headless app. Double-check for extra spaces or missing characters.

## Data Sync

### Products aren't showing up in Framer CMS. Why?

Ensure you've clicked **Sync** in the Framerfy plugin after adding or updating products in Shopify. Also verify that the required API scopes are enabled in your Storefront settings.

### How do I update my Framer site when I change products in Shopify?

Click the **Sync** button in the Framerfy plugin header. This pulls the latest product data into Framer CMS.

### What data is synced from Shopify to Framer CMS?

All base product data fields from Shopify, as well as custom fields that can be created inside Framer CMS.

### What happens if I delete a product in Shopify?

Click **Sync** in Framerfy. Deleted products will be removed from your Framer CMS. Make sure to update any pages that reference the deleted product.

## Multiple Stores & Projects

### Can I connect multiple Shopify stores?

Yes. Go to the **Overview** page in Framerfy and click **+ Add Store** to connect additional stores. You can switch between stores in the plugin.

### Can I use Framerfy on multiple Framer projects?

Yes. You can use Framerfy across multiple Framer projects. Each project can connect to the same or different Shopify stores.

## Plans & Requirements

### Do I need a paid Shopify plan?

No. Framerfy works with Shopify's free trial and all paid plans. You just need access to the Headless app and Storefront API.

### What Framer plan do I need to use Framerfy?

You can start with the free plan. When you're ready to publish, switch to the Base plan or above.

## Customization

### Can I customize the component styles?

Yes. All components can be styled using Framer's design tools. Colors, fonts, spacing—everything is editable.

### Can I use Framerfy with a custom domain?

Yes. Framerfy works regardless of whether you publish to a Framer subdomain or a custom domain. Your Shopify connection remains the same.

## Checkout & Orders

### Does checkout happen on my Framer site or Shopify?

Checkout redirects to Shopify's hosted checkout. This ensures secure payment processing and order management through your Shopify admin.

### Can I track orders placed through my Framer site?

Yes. All orders appear in your Shopify admin under **Orders**. Checkout is handled by Shopify, so order management, fulfillment, and tracking work as usual.

## Product Variants & Inventory

### Does Framerfy support product variants (size, color, etc.)?

Yes. Use the **Variant Selector** and **Color Selector** components to let users choose product options before adding to cart.

### Is inventory tracking supported?

Yes. Framerfy automatically tracks inventory levels from your Shopify store and updates variant availability in real-time.

### How do I handle out-of-stock products?

Variants will be automatically disabled, and inventory will be tracked for available items.

## Cart & Currency

### Will my cart persist across pages?

Yes. Cart state is maintained across your Framer site using local storage. Users won't lose their cart when navigating between pages.

### Is multi-currency supported?

Currently in development. For now, products display in your store's default currency.

## International & Markets

### Does Framerfy work with Shopify Markets (international selling)?

Yes. Framerfy supports Shopify Markets, allowing you to sell internationally with localized pricing and currencies.

## Limits & Pricing

### Is there a limit on the number of products I can sync?

Yes. Product limits vary by plan. Please check the pricing page for current limits and plan details.

## Support

### How do I get support?
